Payment
We are a Paypal driven site. At checkout, you will be switched to Paypal but you need not have an account with Paypal to pay. After you pay, you will be automatically returned to PiecesofLoki.com.
Shipping
Shipping will be calculated through with USPS.
All deliveries will be posted on Saturdays, with signature confirmation through USPS. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages!
Returns and Exchanges
Pieces of Loki tries to make each piece of our jewelry as special as we would like to receive. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can arrange for the return. No returns will be accepted without a RMA#.
Within 14 days of receipt of your order, we will gladly exchange or refund your item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Custom Orders are not refundable or returnable.
Please return your package and order receipt to our address (we will give you this upon your order) via insured courier (Trackable USPS is preferred as are UPS, Fedex Home Delivery). Pieces of Loki is not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned. If the item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect, we will be happy to provide you with a prepaid return label for your use.
